How does the ordering process work?

When you place an order through our website it will be secure, fast, and easy. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way.

if any changes need to be made, please contact us via chat,email or phone ASAP. You may always check on your order status by contacting us and we’d be happy to address any of your questions or concerns.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allmylucky.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we don't currently support shipping to these addresses

How long does it take you to ship an item?

We know you want to get your purchase as soon as possible, so we usually ship within 2-7 days. You will always be notified via email when the item ships.

Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

Return & Exchang Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@allmyluck.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Can I exchange a product?

If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another product of equal value.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
